A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY BEADS
My name is Diane Turton and I am married with one son, a daughter-in-law and a lovely new granddaughter and have my studio in an outbuilding in the same house that we have lived in for thirty years.
I have been making glass beads for over eight years. After having picked up a lampworking book by Cindy Jenkins I was intrigued and had to learn more. Once I learned more I took some classes with Diana East, one of the foremost glass beadmakers in the
All my beads are handmade by me and go straight from the lampworking torch into a digitally controlled kiln to be annealed overnight for strength and durability. They are thoroughly cleaned of bead release and finished in an ultrasonic bath for extra sparkle.
