If you wish to order beads or silks just click on the 'Add to Cart' button against the item(s) you want to purchase from the shops and your shopping cart will be automatically updated.  If you make a mistake then just click the 'X' box against the item on your shopping cart and the item will be removed.  

Postage

I  now have a ONE OFF POSTAL CHARGE OF £1.00  ON ALL ITEMS ON THE SITE (beads and silks) whether you order one item or twenty one!   IF YOU ORDER BEADS AND SILKS TOGETHER YOUR  TOTAL POSTAGE WILL STILL BE £1.00There is  an extra handling charge of £1.00  for counties outside the UK.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SELECT COUNTRY OF DELIVERY TO UPDATE ACCURATE POSTAGE COSTS WHEN YOU FINISH SHOPPING.

I endeavour to despatch the day/following day of cleared payment and I always send first class but I cannot guarantee when the Post Office will deliver your package.

My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL which is secure and safe.

I can only accept cheques from UK purchasers.  If you would like to pay by cheque please e-mail me for details.

I pack beads in tissue paper inside a textile bag contained in a padded envelope and  I always receive a proof of postage.  To date I have sent out many beads - home and abroad without damage or return.

I want you to be really happy with goods you buy from me - if for any reason you are not please contact me immediately so that we can arrange return and refund.
