Ordering

If you wish to order beads just click on the 'Add to Cart' button against the item(s) you want to purchase from the shops and your shopping cart will be automatically updated.  If you make a mistake then just click the 'X' box against the item on your shopping cart and the item will be removed.  

Postage

I  now have a ONE OFF POSTAL CHARGE OF £1.50 - whether you order one item or twenty one!  This is shown as 'Handling' on your invoice and is amended when you complete your order.

ALL orders over £25.00 are POST FREE 

    On ribbons/cords/strings postage is FREE but overseas customers pay a £1 handling charge.

There is  an actual handling charge of £1.00 on all orders for countries outside the UK  but shipping charges over £25.00 are free.

Please remember to select country of delivery to update accurate postage costs when you finish shopping.

I know this can all get a bit confusing so please  email me using the contact form if you have any problems .

All purchases are sent first class the day/following day of cleared payment.

Payment

My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL which is secure and safe.

I can only accept cheques from UK purchasers.  If you would like to pay by cheque please e-mail me for details.

I pack beads in tissue paper inside a silk bag (see Why Sowzere?) contained in a padded envelope and  I always receive a proof of postage.  To date I have sent out many beads - home and abroad without damage or return.

I want you to be really happy with goods you buy from me - if for any reason you are not please contact me immediately so that we can arrange return and refund.
